Our venue is a privately owned sanctuary, reserved exclusively for our intimate retreat. Nestled in the heart of the jungle, elegant geodesic domes are scattered throughout the lush landscape, offering unparalleled seclusion and eco-luxury. Step into a world of tranquility, where the gentle sounds of nature surround you and a profound sense of peace washes over you.

Each dome delivers an elevated glamping experience: Double Rooms: King or Queen beds dressed in sumptuous luxury bedding and plush comforters, handcrafted wooden furniture, private bathroom, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Floor-to-ceiling frame breathtaking 180-degree views of the jungle canopy.

We prioritize your comfort: one person per bed unless you’re sharing with your partner.

Flexible Payments and discounts

• After deposit, pay the remaining balance in 2 or 3 installments (set it up directly with host).
• Final payment must be completed 60 days before the retreat start date.
• We’ll send friendly reminders with payment plan, a waiver and invoices once you register.

• Geodesic Dome accommodation. Double rooms: Queen or King. Private bathrooms, showers, Air conditioning and Wi-fi.
• Daily movement: yoga/meditation/breathwork/salsa dance/runs and walks. Intermediate yoga class that will explore inversions and balancing asanas.
• Nourishing meals 3x day: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner ( except on our excursion day: explore food and culture on your own – breakfast served)
• Wellness bar: Daily tea, coffee, and variety of waters ( made with fresh fruit) -Unlimited.
• 3 Mayan Ceremonies led by local indigenous healers : Temazcal sweat-lodge, Cacao and Clay Ceremony.
• Relaxing body massage.
• Ice bath session for deep cleansing and detox.
• Exclusive access to our private Cenote within the venue ( natural water hole exposed).
• Excursion to Cobá Ruins-included, bike around the ruins-included. Option to swim inside the “Cenote on the ruins” access is approx. $15 per person -cenote not included)
• Transport to the beach, explore time on your own.
• Flights to Cancun are NOT included, but we’ve got the transportation from Cancun airport to Tulum venue covered.

Final night: Closing ceremony, celebrate and dress in light colors, gather around a crackling fire, and celebrate the magic we’ve created together.

Airport Transfers – From Cancun to Tulum

• 1 or 2 Round-trip group shuttles from Cancun Airport arranged for all participants to Tulum. Approx. 2hrs away.
• Arrival: Coordinated pickups on arrival and departure dates.
• Once we have everyone’s flight details (after booking), we’ll finalize exact times for those two shuttles to pick up everyone accordingly.
• Shuttles depart from airport in the late afternoon/evening. To avoid waiting- arrive in Cancun between 3PM-4:30PM Book your return flight to depart from Cancun between 2:30PM-4:30PM
  Book flights within our recommended arrival/departure window for easy syncing and less waiting.

• A detailed day-by-day itinerary via email (flexible schedules with bonfire gatherings, salsa dance, high-vibe activities, and plenty of free time).
• Packing guide tailored to jungle luxury and ceremonies.

Our Fair Cancellation Policy

We understand life can change—our policy is designed to protect everyone’s investment (yours and ours) while remaining compassionate and clear. We book the private venue, shamans, and experiences far in advance with limited spots, so here’s how it works:

• Within 48 hours of deposit/payment: Full refund if you change your mind (cooling-off period).
• 90+ days before start: Full refund minus the $500 deposit.
• 31–89 days before start: 50% refund of balance (deposit non-refundable), or 100% credit toward a future retreat, or transferable to a friend/family member.
• 30 days or less, no-shows, or early departures: No refunds or credits (to honor our commitments and limited capacity).

If we (as hosts) must cancel for any unforeseen reason, you’ll receive a full refund of everything paid. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to marianamarkfort@gmail.com.
